Dino Herbert

I have lived in Columbus, OH for the last 40 years, so I am very familiar with the city and all surrounding communities.  I attended Columbus Public Schools during the junior high and high school years and graduated from Northland High School in 1984.  I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture from the Ohio State University in 1990 and after attending Hondros College, I received my real estate license in 1997.  I received my Master’s of Business Administration from Franklin University in 2000.

I am professionally affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) and the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR).  I also am a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member section of the NAR and am currently obtaining the requisite transactional experience in order to receive the CCIM designation. 

I am a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and hold the designation of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) as certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

I became interested in the built environment at an early age and knew that I wanted to become an architect from the age of 12.  I branched out into real estate when I had the desire to become involved with design projects at the beginning due diligence phase instead of having to wait for a client bring the project to the architect.  I am a real estate investor and am always seeking to find profitable residential and commercial real estate development projects – as both the client’s representative and/or a partner in the deal.

I have spent my career working in the traditional practice of architecture, working for builders and as an Owner’s Representative/ Development Manager at a real estate services firm.

I represent clients interested in new builds, in green building, real estate development, real estate investors and those looking to purchase, sell or lease multifamily, office and/or retail properties.
